Challenge
Install HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in the new barracks.
Solution
The HVAC system consists of two air handlers for air conditioning and a boiler for underfloor heat. There is also a heat recovery ventilator to bring fresh air into the building. A unit heater is used to heat the garage.
The plumbing system used a hot water re-circulation system.
The electrical system includes a backup generator.
