Service Management, owner, Scott and Jason made a potentially troublesome situation we were in, to be as good as any reasonable person could expect. The install guys overcame problem after problem patiently and kept us informed. We do hope you are aware of the over 13 hours it took for them to be satisfied with the almost final test. Incredible work ethic. Obvious pride in their work, too. A field management system check the next day verified the quality, dependable A/C installation. Yay Halco!

We recently had many Halco technicians at our house trying to resolve our AC problems. I can't locate all the survey forms but would like to write one general email that I hope you will apply to all of the home visits.
We had a bit of a unique problem and all technicians worked hard to resolve it. Brandon and Matt were terrific about accommodating and responding to my need to understand what happened and to make sure we were protected from it happening again. If a tech didn't know what to do - they called and found someone else. We are very pleased with the service provided and would, and have, recommended your service to others.
Of special note is Hans. His experience enabled him to look at our situation a bit more broadly and he's why we added the furnace purchase. We appreciated his honest assessment and saving $1000 by buying it now with the AC rather than later. His comments were extremely valuable. And Brandon jumped on it and had technicians in the next business day to install the unit. We are very pleased with the service we received. Thanks for helping us through a difficult situation.

You have successfully serviced my heating and plumbing needs for several years. I did not think of you as providing electrical service and found you quite by accident for this service. Late on Friday, 7/10, I called to schedule an electrical appointment at my recently purchased lake camp in Cayuga, NY. Your receptionist and Brandon were, as always, most professional and helpful. Today David Zaborowski and his apprentice Spencer Dino spent several hours at my vacation home. They were personable, professional, considerate of my time and money and took care of my problems. In short they were the kind of folks I've come to expect from Halco and I enjoyed having them work in my home. Kudos to David and Spencer and to you for providing an environment which attracts such quality people.
