How nice to have people respond to the problem at my house. I have been waiting a month for a call back from one plumber, a year for another!

Rodney was polite & quick to respond to my inquiries.

Great! Dan also took pictures for me, since I keep a photo-record of work done on the house. In addition, I am handicapped & unable to crawl under the house.
