Challenge
A new office and warehouse was needed for the company's expansion. Complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were needed for this expansion.
Solution
The HVAC system includes 3-RTU's and a furnace to heat and cool the office area. The warehouse uses unit heaters and inferred heaters.
The plumbing system includes the water service, RPZ, sanitary and water piping to bathrooms, utility rooms, elevator sump pump and gas pipe to RTU's, unit heaters and inferred heaters.
The electrical system includes a new service, receptacles, power for the HVAC equipment, lights and controls. Wiring for telephones, data and closed circuit television. Also included is a fire alarm system.
